I just bought a digital picture .....? keychain
and I could not downlaod pictures .. when I click the "Add" a picture of pop ups saying, "Opt ITenxDevice. Fail! mens (TENX_ERR_WRITE_READ)" what could be the problem?
Try to see the keyring with Windows Explorer and you should see three files. Get the Picture Viewer program 4 to your desktop and run it from there. The next time you plug in the program viewer must increase. Place the photos you want in the key chain in the C: \ My Documents \ My Pictures and try to load from there.
